How long does it take for your services?

Service time depends on the size of business and selected package. Urgent requests ARE accepted and welcomed.

Can I get a refund?

Although we have never had a refund request for our services, yes, we do offer refunds on some services. However, most services are non-refundable.

How would I pay for it?

After extensive consultation and research, you will select a package or service that best suits you. Once the service or task is complete, we will request payment via Cash, Check, or online payment service. We do not charge up front costs, and some services are hourly rates.

Can I use just one of the services in the package rather than paying for the whole package?

YES! We are more than excited to offer a single service or package to our customers. From a landing page audit to passing out business cards at local events, GOODFELLOW Marketing is there for your every marketing need!

What are some "other marketing services" you provide?

We can do Social Media audits, Photoshop work, take menu/product photos, edit/revise public facing documents, respond to customer complaints, conduct in-depth market research, and much more! We always encourage one-time specialty service proposals!

Can you make business cards?

YES! We are capable of not only making business cards, but targeting specific areas to distribute your business cards for a greater ROI than other firms.

Do you only market in Virginia Beach?

No. We are located in Virginia Beach, but can provide most of our online services anywhere in the U.S. (depending on the service).
